Exercise 1
First open the image.
Select the title at the path, then make a new layer of the title.
Draw lines then apply pixelate effect with gaussian blur.
Apply spatter effect to the title to make it more natural.
Next, use blending mode on the layers.

Exercise 2
Open both the images
Drag the money image and arrange it accordingly to the word saving.
Make a new layer of the saving filled with black background. Then put the layer above the background layer.
By applying group layer to all the layers, we get this final image.
